1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EsyMsg's multi-channel automation platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services including WhatsApp Business API, RCS messaging, Telegram automation, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) marketing tools.

2. Messaging & Campaign Compliance

When using our platform for broadcasts and campaigns, you must adhere to the following:

• WhatsApp Business Policy: You must comply with all Meta policies regarding template approvals and user opt-ins.
• RCS Messaging: Branded messaging must follow carrier guidelines and regional regulations.
• Telegram: Bot usage must comply with Telegram's terms of service and not be used for unsolicited spamming.
• Prohibited Content: You may not use our services to transmit illegal, offensive, or harmful content.

3. Lead Generation & Social Automation

For Facebook Lead Ads and Social Media Comment/DM automation:

• You are responsible for the privacy of the leads retrieved via our platform.
• Automated replies must not be deceptive or used to harass users.
• You must maintain valid authentication for your social accounts to ensure service continuity.

4. Service Availability & Limits

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Messaging limits may apply based on your subscription plan and the policies of third-party platforms (Meta, Google, etc.). We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or the policies of our messaging partners.
