2. Data Collection
We collect information that you provide directly to us when you create an account, use our services, or communicate with us. This includes:
- Account Information: Name, email, phone number, and company details.
- Connected Account Data: Authentication tokens and metadata from Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Gmail), and Telegram.
- Messaging Content: Logs of messages sent/received via WhatsApp, RCS, and Telegram to provide history and analytics.
- Lead Information: Data captured via Facebook Lead Forms and Chat Widgets.
3. WhatsApp & Meta Data Handling
When you use our WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram integrations:
- WhatsApp: Message content and metadata are processed according to WhatsApp Business API requirements. We sync your contacts to manage broadcast lists and template communications.
- Facebook Leads: We securely retrieve lead data from your connected Meta Ad accounts to facilitate instant follow-ups and CRM synchronization.
- FB/Insta Interactions: We process comments and direct messages to enable automated replies and manual chat management as configured in your automation flows.
4. RCS & Telegram Data Handling
Our platform facilitates rich messaging via RCS and Telegram:
- RCS: We process branded message content, carousels, and interactive buttons. Delivery data is tracked to provide campaign reporting.
- Telegram: We interact with your Telegram Bots to manage subscribers, process incoming commands, and broadcast messages to groups or individuals as authorized by your bot tokens.
5. Google User Data Handling
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We explicitly disclose the following regarding your Google user data:
- No Sharing with Third-Parties: We do not share your Google user data with any third-party AI models, advertising platforms, or other unauthorized third-party applications.
- Limited Transfer: We only transfer Google user data to our secure service providers (such as cloud hosting) to the extent necessary to provide the email synchronization and automation features you have requested.
- No Disclosure: We do not disclose your Google user data to external parties unless it is required by law, necessary for a legal process, or required to protect the safety and rights of EsyMsg and its users.
- Purpose Limitation: Your data is used solely for providing functional features within the EsyMsg platform and is never used for serving advertisements.
- Data Retention: We retain your Google user data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Once you disconnect your Google account or delete your EsyMsg account, your associated Google data will be purged from our active systems.
- Data Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your Google user data at any time. You can disconnect your Google account directly from the EsyMsg dashboard, which automatically revokes our access and initiates the deletion of your Google data. Alternatively, you may contact our support team at support@posteit.org to request manual deletion of your data.

We employ enterprise-grade security measures to protect your data. We **do not sell** your data. We only share information with third-party service providers (like cloud hosting or payment processors) as necessary to provide our services, or when required by law.
